Two schemes have been designed to maximise the sites potential addressing these highly restrictive conditions, one for four Independent Living units and the second for a communal four bed unit able be converted to form three separate 2-bed Independent living units with only minimal modifications.
Designed to achieve Code 4 for Sustainable Homes standard it incorporates a green roof, solar collectors and shading.
