Bai Dao Hu Hot Spring Resort Hotel, Phase 1, Dazhou, China
Bai Dao Hu (100 Island Lake) was the first commercial development forming a catalyst for the cultural and tourism development of a new tourist zone in Dazhou, China. The developer JinYang Group also purchased land and drilling rights for an area of land 1.5 km to the West of the site. The hot spring was drilled and tapped and subsequently piped the 1.5 km to the resort site, where is was used not only for the main resort but also for every hotel room which was equipped with its own private hot-spring pool.
In total phase 1 provided 98 Standard Hotel Villas, 14 VIP Villa's 1 Large VIP Villa and 1 Presidential Villa. A total of 28 hot spring pools to the common areas.
The project has proven to be a big success for both our client and governing authorities. However, those that have benefited most are the people that stay at the resort. So much so that the resorts second phase was being planned within 18 months of the resort opening.
