Major Refurb & Extension

At Pickering War Memorial Hall the Practice secured listed building consent for a major refurbishment to a Grade II listed mill building together with incorporating a sympathetically designed new hall.

The design extends disabled access to the whole of the building, raised the entire rear portion of the building to overcome serious flooding and, overlooking Pickering Beck, formed a sunny external deck accessed off the large multi function hall.  There are also several club and meeting rooms with all the necessary facilities enabling it to operate as a viable concern.
